Presidential Exports Awards 2005
The Presidential Exports Awards 2005 was held on 23rd August 2007
at the Presidential Secretariat under the patronage of President
Mahinda Rajapaksa and the Minister of Export Development and
International Trade Prof. G.L Peries.
Selected 40 exporters from different sectors
such as agriculture, apparel, electrical, handicrafts and ceramics
received awards and Merit Certificates.
Five additional awards, awarded to the
highest net foreign exchange earner 2005, best SME enterprise
2005, Sri Lankan exporter of the year, exporter of the highest
number of destinations 2005 and the best Sri Lanka Board Exporter
2005.
