The traditional Dumbararata designs are used for their products. Mr. Chandana Yapage stated that he started his business in 1985. He acquired this traditional art from his forefathers. According to historical records , his fore- fathers had supplied hand woven materials to the Palace. Currently with the market requirements he also does modern art tapestry for export market. At the moment he supplies his creations to handicraft outlets in Colombo. He also participates at exhibitions in BMICH. His products can be obtained at his residence in Thalagune, Kandy .
