Yoga Exercises

 This is the only exercise which affects the innermost parts of the body. The health of our body and mind depends on the health of our internal organs. While performing yogic exercises we turn and twist the body, stretch it tightly and release it. These exercises help to purify the blood vessals,open up the lungs and muscles become elastic. This boosts their contracting and expanding power. Therefore they can absorb more oxygen.
                                            Daily routine of yogic postures activate the toxic expelling mechanism of the body. Thus toxins do not accumulate in the body. It gives a feeling of wellbeing and mental relaxation and makes the body active and supple. These physical exercises or Asana form the first part of Hatha yoga .Next two parts of hatha yoga, namely mudra and pranayama helps to activate certain dormant areas of our nervous system, when the nerves are completely get rid of all impurities. This is spoken of in yogic terms as the arousal of the Kundalini , the special power that usually lies dormant in human beings.
