Attached to the SLEDB since the year 1981. Worked as the Assistant Director Finance, Deputy Director Finance & SME and presently as the Director TradenetSL from the year 2007 June.

Work Area

Manage an electronic knowledge base for provision of business advisory services through electronic means, manage electronic linkages to promote Sri Lankan exporters and exporters in international markets, identifying market opportunities and facilitating market creation through electronic means

Supervise and manage the development of e-infrastructure in the organization in keeping with current trends in technology and as required by the changing business environment, update and enhance the EDB trade portal .

Strengthen and promote the provision of e-commerce services to the business community, in particular the SME sector

Manage a network of regional e-commerce centres linking up with other initiatives for populization of e-commerce in the regions.
