Trade statistics which provides an overview of the export/import trade, major export/import markets , market share, market growth etc. could be used as an important tool for market research and market selection. The EDB also maintains important data & data bases and statistical analysis reports useful for the industry stakeholders for preparation of position papers and development plans.
