Shiran Perm Poly Pack (PVT) Ltd located at 591A, Mihindu Mawatha, Athurugiriya Road, Malabe Sri Lanka. The foundation to build Shiran Perm was started in year 1992 as a family own business to manufacture polymer based products for garment industries. As the entire clientele is supplying to foreign markets, Shiran Perm products are also indirectly exporting. Shiran perm was able to obtain the BOI status in 1992-11-11.
