Three decades ago Electro Metal Pressings (EMP) commenced its operations as a manufacturing concern turning out electrical light fittings manually for the local market. In 2003, two young dynamic, highly motivated and ambitious engineers teamed up and acquired the business and invested in the state of the art technology in manufacturing specialized Electrical components and took the Organisation to new dimensions. Under the guidance of these two young entrepreneurs the business grew rapidly, and they identified the need to recruit and invest on educated and competent personnel to run the critical and important segments of operations. EMP’s senior staff operations are managed by people with University Degrees/Professional qualifications or with years of experience in manufacturing and management fields.
