Expo Cement is subsidiary of Lanka Commodity Holdings (Pvt.) Ltd which is a leading commodity trading company in Sri Lanka. Established in 1990, the company aimed to import, export and trade high quality commodities. Lanka Commodity Holdings (Pvt.) Ltd entered into the cement market in 1994... The company entered the cement market by importing bagged cement from India and Dubai and distributing in the local market. Following the Pakistan and Indian Free Trade Agreement in 2008 the company was able to import high quality SLSI 107: 2008 Certified Cement into the country from ISO Certified Companies. The Free Trade Agreement allowed Expo Cement to obtain high quality cement and offer it to the market at a lower cost. In 2010 an agreement was signed between Attock Cement Pakistan Ltd and Indian Cement Ltd and Lanka Commodity Holdings Sri Lanka... Lanka Commodity Holdings (Pvt.) Ltd. has been trading its own "Expo" brand cement for close to two decades since 1994 fulfilling all the international and national requirements. Expo Cement also trades cement under the brand name "Falcon brand Cement" which is also backed by the Lanka Commodity Holdings Group, hence, customers will have a peace of mind about quality and satisfaction.
