way back in 2009, a Proprietor company was established as Colombo Coir Exporters in a small scale for the export of coir yarn/twine for Pakistan and China, with the request of a few buyers. With the growing demand for more greener agricultural products from Sri Lanka this company gradually grew over the years to export bales fiber and coco peat substrates to many parts of the world.

With the continuous and regular growth and in terms of diversification M/s Colombo Coir Exporters (Pvt) Ltd., was reborn in 2017 absorbing the proprietor company to have an unbroken unblemished export record for a decade for this this year. The Company is recognized by the regulatory authorities of Coconut Development Authority and Export Development Board in Sri Lanka, besides many other Government control bodies. We always believe in that personal supervision makes the standard of all our products above others in this highly competitive global market. So it is a policy decision that we took way back in 2009 to associate our buyers to understand their individual market requirements more closely. We participate for many world agricultural, Flora and Agricultural exhibitions worldwide on yearly basis not only to widen our business but to learn about new technologies that could bring about better productivity and better results with minimum wastage.
