Dulvin Flowers and Exporters are owned and manage by Mrs.Chandima Alahakoon, a qualified florist and obtaining experience more than 10 years in floricultural sector. With the gradual improvements throughout the last decade, we offer flowers , cut foliage and rooted plants are produced with appropriate technology for local and international customers throughout the year. Our nursery is located in a climatically ideal zone in the North Western Province in Sri Lanka which enables us to produce high quality flowers and cut foliage.
