In October 2018, the Martin Bauer Group signed a strategic partnership with the Hayleys Group and secured access to unique teas from this region. We have acquired a majority stake in Hayleys Global Beverages, which produces high-quality tea extracts and flavours. Hayleys Group completed this unique ultra modern production facility in 2016, around 100 employees each produce 600-800 tons of tea extracts and flavours per annum. The main task of joint venture is to support prodcution processes with no-how and to give the finish products more access to the international sales market. Awareness of healthy nutrition and sustainability continuous to rise worldwide and we see a great potential for high-quality certified tea extracts for a wide variety of appliations, specially RTD beverages
