Muswenna Tea Factory is a Ceylon low country tea processing company which is started in 1999 and has over 20 years of pride history in tea arena in Ruhunu regime. The Managing Director, Mr. R.G. Jinadasa was founded the Muswenna Tea Factory as a small scale, locally owned food processing company in Galle, Imaduwa. Our major manufacture is Ceylon Orthodox black tea along with world famous white tea and green tea.
We are a tea factory Registered under Sri Lanka Tea Board and our teas are rich in ISO 22000, HACCP and GMP international food certificates.
There are 35 highly skilled permanent employees in Muswenna tea family andtotal average monthly black tea production is around 30,000 Kilograms and its’ dailygreen leaf processing capacity is around 10,000 Kilograms.
