High quality imported hybrid mother plants are used in the production of cut flowers. More than 90% of cut flower exports are temperate flora, including variants like Carnations, Roses, Chrysanthemums, Lilies, and Gerberas.
Tropical flowers include exotic species such as Anthuriums, Orchids, Heliconias and Ginger which are exported in small quantities. Imported Anthurium variations are sourced from the world's best Anthurium breeders, Anthura bv. Netherlands, and cultivated for being exported to top global breeders.
