Meet with Sri Lankan Food Product Exporters at BioFach 2026

The Sri Lanka Export Development Board (EDB) in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Embassy in Germany is organizing Sri Lanka’s Participation at BIOFACH-2026 to be held from 10^th to 13^th  February 2026 in Nuremberg Messe, Germany with the participation of 09 Sri Lankan certified companies  including six  SMEs to promote Sri Lankan Organic Agriculture products in EU Market. Furthermore, EDB organize a special promotional corner in the Sri Lanka Pavilion to display 10 organic SME companies’ certified organic products who are unable to physically participate at BioFach 2026 and promote revised Sri Lankan Organic Standard and Logo.

About the Biofach

The Biofach, Germany is the world largest international trade fair for certified organic products.   It is an excellent opportunity for Sri Lankan certified organic companies to showcase their products to the EU region network, capture new market opportunities, build up high-quality live contacts, obtain interactive experience, develop business matchmaking programmes with new buyers and strengthen the relationship with existing buyers. 2,300 exhibitors had displayed products at Biofach 2025 event and more than 35000 trade visitors from 140 countries had attended the fair where 92 % of the exhibitors reached their most important target groups.
